Before You BeginBefore proceeding, it is important to read and understand the terms and conditions of the auction. As we specialize in the sale of assets for banks and financial institutions, it is essential to note that our sales are strictly based on delivery. We provide complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile radius.

Payment

Upon the close of the auction, the full payment for the vehicle is required within 24 hours. To make the process smooth and secure, we will send you an order confirmation email shortly after you win.

Important: Failure to complete the full payment within the specified time frame will result in the closure of your account without the possibility of creating a new account. The vehicle will be automatically re-listed.

Delivery

Once your payment is verified, we will coordinate delivery to your designated location. The delivery process begins within 48-72 hours of verifying your payment.

You can have peace of mind when bidding with Desert Stars Motors, as your new vehicle is covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles and 14-Days reject or refund policy.

Return/Reject Policy

We provide a 14-day return/reject policy, effective from the day you receive the item. During this period, you can test the item and return or exchange it for any reason, no questions asked.

We cannot accept returns if the vehicle has been:
  • Involved in an accident or damaged
  • Modified or altered from original condition
  • Used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance)
BINDING AGREEMENTPlacing a "Make Offer" or "Buy Now" constitutes a contractual agreement. You are committing to purchase the item if you emerge as the winning offer, even if you later change your mind.

Access My Dashboard and select My Bids to review your bidding history.

"Buy Now" is the simplest way to purchase on our website. When you see a "Buy Now" price in a listing, you can purchase the item immediately at a fixed price without waiting for an auction to end.

Click the "Buy Now" button and confirm your order.

Receive Agreement

You will receive the Purchase Agreement via email within 24 hours.

Complete Payment

Upon signing the document, receive payment instructions to complete the purchase.

Binding Commitment: The "Buy Now" option is a binding commitment. Once you confirm your order, you are obligated to complete the purchase.

Winning an Auction

How do I know if I won?

Upon successfully winning an auction, our system will automatically send a notification to your email address. This email will contain the invoice and detailed instructions for completing your purchase.

Check your spam folder! If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder.

Payment Process

  • Contact your bank (in person, online, or by phone)
  • Provide the payment details from your invoice
  • Confirm any applicable processing fees
  • Authorize the payment transfer

Return Restrictions

Refund Process

In the event of a rejection, we will issue a full refund within 48-72 hours. Delivery charges are waived.
