We provide complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile. For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile will be incurred, irrespective of the asset’s type or size.
Payment:
Upon the closure of the auction, buyers are required to settle the full payment for the vehicle within 24 hours. Please note that we exclusively accept Bank Wire Transfers for successful purchases. Credit cards, PayPal, cashier’s checks, and vehicle trade-ins will not be considered as valid payment methods.
For Bank Wire Transfers, you will receive an order confirmation email containing detailed payment instructions within 24 hours of winning the auction. This email will specify the recipient’s bank account details, including the account number, routing number, and wire reference number necessary for your transaction. It is crucial to ensure that the correct payment reference is included in the transfer to link your payment to your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder, as we make every effort to ensure the delivery of these emails.
Please be aware that failure to complete the full payment within the specified time frame stated on the invoice, or within the expressly agreed period, will result in the closure of your account without the possibility of creating a new account. Additionally, the vehicle will be automatically re-listed.
Delivery
Once your payment is verified, we will let you know to coordinate the delivery and ensure the item is transported to your designated location. The delivery process begins within 48–72 hours of verifying your payment, regardless of the item’s current location. Here are the specific delivery methods for different types of assets:
Vehicles (including cars, SUVs, pick-ups, and classic cars): Transported in enclosed trailers for secure delivery.
Please note that all transported assets are fully insured during the delivery process.
The delivery timeline may vary based on the destination. The maximum delivery period within the US is 14 days, and 22 days for deliveries to Canada. We offer complimentary delivery within a 1,000-mile. For distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a flat rate of $1 per mile will be applied, regardless of the asset type or size.
Warranty and Peace of mind:
You can have peace of mind when bidding with GovDeals Auto, Inc, as your new vehicle is covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles (from the time you take possession) and 14-Days reject or refund policy.
The three types of coverage are:
– 6 months from the vehicle purchase date or when your vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles
– 6 months for other assets, from the asset’s purchase date
– 14-Days reject or refund policy
Under the Limited Warranty, we cover repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:
– Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections (all imperfections are shown on the asset’s gallery page)
– Replaceable/wearable parts
– Recommended maintenance
– Aftermarket accessories
Please note that the 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles cannot be transferred to someone else. Additionally, the warranty may be extended for up to 5 years. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty for your asset, please contact us.
Return/Reject Policy:
We provide a 14-day return/reject policy, effective from the day you receive the item, regardless of the time of day. During this period, you can test the item for up to 1,000 miles in the case of vehicles, or unlimited hours for other assets, and return or exchange it for any reason, no questions asked.
It’s important to note that we cannot accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:
– In an accident or damaged
– Modified
– Altered from its original delivered condition
– Used as collateral for a loan, also known as an encumbrance.
In the event of a rejection, we will issue a full refund of the payment. All refunds are processed within 48–72 hours, and delivery charges are free.
NOTE:
It’s important to note that placing a “Make Offer” or “Buy Now” on a product constitutes a contractual agreement. By doing so, you are committing to purchase the item if you emerge as the winning “Offer”, even if you later change your mind. Therefore, we advise users to only “Make Offer” or “Buy Now” on items they are genuinely interested in purchasing, as “Make Offer” or “Buy Now” on a product prevents others from obtaining the item.

How to Bid
We guide you through the steps of bidding at GovDeals Auto, Inc:
To place a bid, you must first have an account. Please log in by clicking the Login button. If you do not yet have an account, select Register here.
1. Choose the vehicle on which you wish to bid.
2. Enter your bid amount and click the Place Bid button. Please note that your bid must exceed the starting price.
3. Confirm your bid by clicking the Confirm Bid button. Remember, all bids are binding and cannot be canceled or removed from the website.
4. Access My Dashboard and select My Bids to review your bidding history.
5. Monitor the auction countdown to determine if you have won one or more auctions.
6. Once the auction concludes, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome of your bids. You will receive a separate notification for each successful bid.
Bid Winner
- Upon successfully winning an auction, our system will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with the High “Bid” or “Buy Now” account. This email will contain the invoice and detailed instructions to complete the purchase, including the necessary steps for making the payment via wire transfer. It’s important to note that the invoice will provide specific payment instructions.
In case the email is not immediately visible in your inbox, please check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder to ensure that the notification is not overlooked. We strive to ensure the delivery of these important communications and encourage recipients to monitor their email folders accordingly.
Please be advised that payment for the vehicle and all associated assets can only be made through Bank Wire Transfer.
GovDeals Auto, Inc does not accept any other form of payment, including Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or vehicle trade-ins.
Making a bank wire transfer involves the following steps:
1. Contact your bank: Begin by contacting your bank either in person, over the phone, or through online banking to initiate the wire transfer process.
2. Provide recipient details: You will need to provide the recipient’s name, account number, and the bank’s name and address. In this case, you will need the details provided in the invoice received after winning the auction.
3. Verify fees and exchange rates: Your bank will inform you about any fees associated with the wire transfer, as well as the exchange rate if the transfer involves a different currency.
4. Initiate the transfer: Once you have provided all the necessary recipient details and verified the fees, instruct your bank to initiate the wire transfer.
Regarding the email notification, it’s important to check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox, as it may have been filtered there. This will help ensure that you receive and review all the necessary details and instructions for completing the purchase.

For international customers, it’s important to note that intermediary banks involved in the wire transfer process may impose additional processing fees. When making the payment, please consider these additional fees and ensure that the total amount sent covers all associated charges.
All “Bids” or “Buy Now” are considered final, meaning that if your “Bid” or “Buy Now” is accepted, you are obligated to complete the purchase. If you have any doubts about proceeding with the purchase, we advise refraining from placing an “Bid” or “Buy Now” to avoid any potential issues.

As soon as the documents are prepared, it will go into the READY FOR PICKUP status. The time required for the product to be delivered varies between 2 and 10 days after payment, depending on its location and the speed of preparation of the documents by the supplier.
No. The user does not have the right to withdraw their bid for the product after the auction has ended. Once the bid is made, the user is legally bound.
If the user refuses to pay for the won product, a penalty will be imposed on him and his account will be blocked. This user will no longer have the right to participate in further auctions. The account can be reactivated only at the discretion of GovDeals Auto, Inc and only after the user who violated the agreement has paid all penalties.
Penalties are assessed at 2% of the product's price.
