THIS SALES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 4th day of April, 2026.
BETWEEN: GovDeals Auto, Inc, 3920 N 30th Ave, Hollywood, FL 33020 USA (the “Seller”)
AND: The User Registering Below (the “Buyer”)
By signing this document during registration, the Buyer agrees that these general terms and conditions will apply to all future vehicle purchases and bids made on this platform. The specific Vehicle Details and Agreed Price will be defined at the time of each individual purchase.
Sale of Goods
1. The Seller agrees to sell, transfer, and deliver to the Buyer the selected goods within fourteen (14) days after full payment has been received and cleared.
Purchase Price and Payment Terms
2. The total purchase price for the Goods shall be the Agreed Price stated at the time of purchase (the “Purchase Price”).
3. The Buyer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the Purchase Price in full within twenty-four (24) hours after a purchase agreement is initiated by the Buyer.
4. Payment shall be made by bank wire transfer or other method approved in writing by the Seller.
5. No financing, installment payments, or interest shall apply to this Agreement.
Taxes
6. The Purchase Price is inclusive of applicable sales tax unless the Buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate acceptable to the relevant taxing authorities, in which case the applicable tax amount shall be deducted from the Purchase Price.
Delivery of Goods
7. The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer at the provided delivery address.
8. The Seller shall be fully responsible for arranging and managing the shipping process.
9. The Goods shall be deemed received by the Buyer upon delivery at the Buyer’s address.
Risk of Loss
10. The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall remain with the Seller until the Goods are delivered and received by the Buyer.
Warranties
11. THE GOODS ARE SOLD WITH A SIX (6) MONTH WARRANTY ON THE ENGINE.
12. No other warranties, express or implied, are made by the Seller except as expressly stated herein. Any applicable manufacturer warranties shall remain in effect.
Inspection and Returns
13. The Buyer shall have ten (10) days from the date of delivery to inspect and test the Goods.
14. If the Goods are found to be defective or materially not as described, the Buyer may reject the Goods and return them at the Seller’s expense for a full refund of all amounts paid.
Title
15. Title to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon full payment and delivery of the Goods.
Claims
16. Failure by the Buyer to notify the Seller of any claim within thirty-five (35) days from delivery shall constitute acceptance of the Goods and waiver of all claims.
Excuse for Delay or Failure to Perform
17. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control. In such event, the Seller may terminate this Agreement and refund all amounts paid by the Buyer.
Remedies
18. The Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to a refund of amounts paid plus any transportation charges actually paid by the Buyer.
Notices
19. Notices shall be delivered personally or by prepaid registered mail and shall be deemed received as provided by law.
General Provisions
20. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
21. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of FLORIDA.
22. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
23. Time is of the essence.
24. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement.
